This is how they express their love for the US. They love America so much that they want to shut it down. They cannot.
Others will pick lettuce.

	"Don't Buy Gringo Products. Long Live the Boycott." So chanted about 3,000 employees of Mexico's state-owned electrical utility as they blocked a major highway and marched two miles to a colonial plaza in the city center.
That is how Mexicans and other Latinos protest America's centuries of successes and economic prowess. This is the Mexican way of persuading the US to hand - with no strings attached - all rights & privileges of US citizenship to the estimated 11 million illegals.

So dumb... they fail to see that they further demonstrate why Mexicans, with so much oil and natural resources, cannot build a potent Mexico. Mexico just cannot build itself into a global economic power and provide its people improving lifestyles. No wonder so many Mexicans escape from Mexico daily.

Mexico's industry consists primarily of final assembly plants for Asian and European companies including Sony, Nokia, Daimler-Chrysler and more.

In the US, Mexicans often work in the lowest paying jobs doing the most menial work including picking agricultural products, landscaping, and cleaning restaurant tables. Some work construction and factory jobs. The point is that it is relatively infrequent compared to European and Asian immigrants that Latinos further their educations and make progress... even in America, the land of opportunity.

Such audacious behavior is actually less audacious than it appears. These illegals are most commonly unable to make progress in the US, often staying in menial, low-paying positions for decades. In Mexico and other Latino countries they find the best road to progress is to escape to the US. Perhaps they just don't get it. In the US progress is made based upon order and rule of law.

They appear to have believed on May 1 that they could shut down America when they boycotted work and school. Instead they demonstrated how unnecessary they are.

How dare illegals demand that Americans who have earned liberty and freedom by living relatively honestly for centuries hand them the rights and privileges of US citizenship.

And many refuse to learn and speak English.
