Thrown Names Can Boomerang Into Your Face

<-- Adolph Hitler, 1889-1945. Following WWII, most people understood Hitler's goals & accomplishments. He had made them reality beyond the words in his 1924 book. Having witnessed Hitler in action, required to defeat his followers, and having come close to being defeated, most civilized people used his name with caution.
Hitler stirred up, lectured and shouted hatreds that resonated with many poorly educated and lower class people. He then used these weak followers to build a strong following. Hitler implemented his despicable plan and nearly overtook Western civilization and shut down liberty. The name of Hitler's political party, Nazi, was the label for his paramilitary National Socialist German Workers Party.
Hitler used hatreds, misrepresentations, and promises of greatness to gather lost masses into an army that resulted in Germany's defeat. Germany has needed more than the last half of the 20th century to rebuild itself. Germany is still attempting to organize itself into a coherent nation.
Time has passed and with time has passed people's desire to know what they are talking about. This is especially true these days filled with frustrated, angry, petty people who are short on ideas and valid criticisms. They resort to name calling and using emotionalized labels to discredit their opponents.
A Yahoo search on the word "Nazi" yields references to US President George W. Bush, the USA, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Prince Harry, and a raft of juvenile jokesters.
Today the label "Nazi" is tossed around and applied to many subjects people do not like, approve of, know how to, or have the ability to, legitimately discredit.
People who indiscriminately toss the label "Nazi" around do not appreciate the despicable and deadly meaning imbedded in the term. If they did, they would realize that its usage overshadows the object of their attempted ridicule.
If these people understood, they would see that to misapply this label displays their lack of substantive, valid criticism for the object of their ridicule.
People who indiscriminately toss the label "Nazi" around should realize that they are using a weapon that could overtake their own cause. This label is so black that it has the power to hijack their plan. This has powerful potential especially in today's under-educated, angry, frustrated climate. Many people are looking for blood. Today's quasi-gang leaders should study history before painting more signs with the word "Nazi".
People who indiscriminately toss the label "Nazi" around demonstrate they have been handed too many benefits and comforts. They would be better off if they had worked, sweated, and earned the benefits and comforts they fail to appreciate.
This word has the power to hijack simple plans and boomerang into today's weak faces and under-educated minds.
Hitler committed suicide as a defeated, destroyed, and disrespected loser at age 56.
